Broken Razer Laptop.
Issue is almost certainly in the power supply - but it's on the computer side (not the power cord). This thing can be parted out, repaired, or used as a really crappy hammer.

This laptop was 3 months old before my son spilled water on it. My loss is your gain. If you can fix it, you got yourself a $1800 laptop for a fraction of the price.
