My roommate is moving out at the end of the month (April). I live in a furnished semi-basement apartment that is walking distance from uptown and ISU. No smoking please. One small pet is allowed but there is an extra fee. Rent is $600 plus utilities a month. I am open to negotiating. I love this apartment. It is not huge, but it is nice. Dishwasher and laundry machines in building included.
