I'm looking for someone to share my ranch-style house in a really peaceful private neighborhood. Just renovated the bathroom, and there's laundry in the house plus off-street parking.
The good stuff:
The backyard is fenced with a deck - honestly my favorite spot to hang out in the mornings. The neighborhood itself is super quiet (no through traffic), which makes it great for walking or biking around. We've also got access to a private park nearby.
About the situation:
I have a couple dogs, so you'd need to be cool with that. I keep things pretty clean and would appreciate someone who does the same. I'm laid-back about most things and 420 friendly, but not looking for a heavy drinker or anyone with serious substance issues.
Since it's a ranch, we'd share the main living areas but still have our own space. There's a bike you can use, dart board for when we're bored, and like I said - that backyard is really something.
