Good example of a Zalmer Twin, the first commercially available double bass pedal ever made! Complete, works even!
Not entirely original. The sockets that hold the long connecting cable are not original, I don't think, and I'm fairly sure the springs have been replaced.
A real vintage drum collectors item!
