Company is a leading third-party logistics provider committed to delivering efficient and innovative supply
chain solutions. We are seeking a hands-on, Production Manager to oversee daily operations on the
production floor and drive performance in our 3PL environment.
Job Summary
The Production Manager will be deeply engaged in the day-to-day floor operations, ensuring that
production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role requires strong leadership, excellent
communication in both English and Spanish, and a continuous improvement mindset to meet operational
goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee daily production floor operations to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Partner with the planning team to align and optimize production schedules with customer demand
and resource capacity.
• Track production metrics and KPIs, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with logistics, warehouse, and quality teams to streamline workflow and boost
productivity.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all company policies.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor operations staff; provide training and upskilling.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and deliver clear, actionable feedback.
• Partner with HR to drive training and accountability across the team.
• Partner with onsite staffing agency to align headcount with operational needs.
• Apply lean principles to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement
initiatives.
• Drive 5S, process standardization, and adherence to operational procedures.
• Prepare and present production performance reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related
field preferred. Not Mandatory
• Proven experience in production management within a 3PL or logistics environment.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience managing operations teams, coaching staff, and driving
continuous improvement.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with production planning and scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, floor-focused operational environment.
