3 graduate students seeking housing for 2026-2027 school year (Normal)

Per the title, we are three students seeking housing for the 2026-2027 school year. We are seeking a three bedroom unit and have a combined budget of $1500, not including utilities. We are all clean and quiet tenants with excellent rental histories. Two of us will be graduating in December and will need to sublease, and the remaining individual is a city employee. No criminal histories or evictions.
