Im trying to help my friend get an apartment. Hes 43, quiet, kind. On SSI. Ive tried for a few months to find him an apartment here in Bloomington-Normal to no avail. Hes a Reg Sex Offender and on limited income. Everyone turns him down given his background. Hes not some outcast he was 18 and dated a 16 year old. He served 23 years of his life so why ppl treat him like a nobody upsets me. Hes truly a great person who's paid his debt. Any private landlords reading this please reach out.
