- Assess speech and language skills, development, articulion ability and voice and fluency disorders of individuals served.
- Direct and administer speech therapy using techniques th assist in the rehabilition of individuals with functional disabilities of speech, language, voice, and swallowing.
- Review medical records, test and evalue individuals served and develop therapy trement plans.
- Identify and develop intervention stregies.
- Instruct individuals we serve, family members, and primary caregivers to insure the maintenance of or to achieve the ideal functioning level for each person served.
- Insure effective coordinion of individual’s served home care services.
Qualificions:
- Master’s Degree in Speech Therapy or Speech/Language Phology
- Current ste licensure/certificion as a Speech Therapist
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Successful clearance of local and/or ste background checks
- Effective communicion skills to manage relionships
- A reliable, responsible titude and a compassione approach
- A commitment to quality in everything you do
Physical Requirements:
Heavy Work. Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
