WAGYU Half a beef available at Chenoa, Illinois . Grain fed, bred / born / raised on our full time family farm. $6.50/ lb hanging weight + processing which runs about $1 / lb. Weight will be ~500 lbs for the half. Beef was bred, born & raised on our farm. I expect the brisket to be competition grade. Pic taken by customer last month. This carcass is VERY well marbled.
