I am a disabled man (49) who relies on a powered scooter to ambulate. I live in a nursing home in Bloomington and have no money at all as the nursing home takes all my money. My scooter stopped working yesterday, and now I'm in a manual wheelchair. The batteries of the scooter were replaced last month. Can someone who's good with scooters help me out?
