Rent is $550 a month, which includes everything. One check pays for it all. Internet and cable are at your own expense, but you can usually pick up a WiFi signal for free. This apartment is also great if you're worried about heating costs this winter - so far, I've been toasty warm, and the best part is that I'm not paying extra for that comfort!

The best part of this apartment is the landlord. They're great - they've even helped me in my search for another apartment. Anytime I've had any problems with the apartment they have been there for me to promptly fix the situation. The neighbors downstairs are also very nice - and quiet. I've never had any problems with them causing any disturbances.

The lease I currently have is through the end of spring semester 2010. I am only moving because I am getting another apartment with my significant other.

Location is just a few blocks south of Divison street, just off of Center. IWU is practically seconds away in walking distance.

I live on the upper level. My bedroom faces trees, it's more private. The bedrooms have sink vanities in them, so the bathroom is only needed for the toilet and a quick shower. Campus is a five minute drive, I have a commuter pass for parking that I am willing to throw in if it is needed. There is a small workout area for this complex, so you don't have to go far to get some exercise.

It's a two bedroom, the other room is occupied by a couple in their twenties. They're both very nice and easy to live with. The girl goes to school and waitresses, and the guy works full-time, so there is always time alone. Neighbors are friendly and respectful.

I am going back home and need someone to sublease my apartment from December until May 2010.

The apartment is operated by Sami. Heat, electric, cable, internet, and water are all included with rent. There is a washer and dryer in the kitchen, which is VERY convenient! I live on the upper level. My bedroom faces trees, it's more private. The bedrooms have sink vanities in them, so the bathroom is only needed for the toilet and a quick shower. Campus is a five minute drive, I have a commuter pass for parking that I am willing to throw in if it is needed. There is a small workout area for this complex, so you don't have to go far to get some exercise.

It's a two bedroom, the other room is occupied by a couple in their twenties. They're both very nice and easy to live with. The girl goes to school and waitresses, and the guy works full-time, so there is always time alone. Neighbors are friendly and respectful.
