I am seeking a female to sublease one room in a 4BR apt for the Spring 2010 semester. Rent is $341/mo, which includes ALL UTILITIES. Location is great--400 W. Vernon (right across from Lincoln Townhomes) and a 5 minute walk to campus! Two guest parking spaces in lot are usually open, and there is plenty of 24 hr street parking close by.
