Kitchen includes refrigerator, stove/oven, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Living room is large and has proven to be a great workout area. Bedroom is huge and includes a vanity area, a regular size closet and a walk in closet. Bathroom is nice with ceramic tub and tiling for the shower.
All utilities are paid by apartment management. Cable, internet and phone are all available. Parking is free and guests are free to come and go as they please without having to search for a place to park. Pool access is available to renters and guests. Property management is fantastic and really want you to feel as if you are at home.
Apartment is located just off of Veterans Parkway and Ft. Jesse Rd. Very spacious one bedroom apartment (720 sq ft) on the second floor. Close to Wal-Mart, Aldi, CVS, Walgreens. Bus stop is right outside apartment building if you utilize public transit.
I would be willing to leave the kitchen table, television, and loveseat for the next renter(s) if he or she would like.
