I am looking to sublease my room in the apartment. There are already 2 female tenants. They are great girls and I love them to death. I am unable to return to Illinois State University for the spring of 2010. I am looking for a roomate to fill my spot. I pay $560 in rent every month with utilities included. I am willing to negotiate a subleaser price The apartment is 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom. You would have your own bathroom due to the way we arranged the apartment. It is fully furnished and even has a washer and dryer in the apartment so you do not have to leave to do your laundy. A dishwasher is included in the kitchen. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room. The kitchen and living area is very large for an apartment. Parking is included. The apartment is only one block from the Illinois State campus!
