I am graduating in December and need someone to sublease my apartment for the Spring semester. My roommate is also looking to sublease so if by chance you and a friend are looking together then you're in luck. I live in Junction Place which is a 7 minute walk from the College of Business. Overall, in terms of price, quality, and distance from campus, Junction Place is about as good as it gets here at ISU.

These apartments are pretty nice. I live in a 4 person unit; each person gets his/her own bedroom and bathroom (My room/bathroom are the largest). Comes furnished with a bed, nightstand, desk and chair. Also, you have a decent sized walk-in closet. Common area and kitchen are both shared. Roommates are very nice, one of the three is also looking to sublease. Included in the $520 rent is a parking spot. I have spot #6 right at the entrance of the 6 story parking garage, also a plus if you hate climbing stairs.

You will still be signing a contract DIRECTLY with Junction Place but because I went out and found you I get out of my Spring lease. Otherwise I have to eat 5 months of rent, which would suck!
