I am looking to sublease one bedroom in a 3 bedroom townhome. All utilities including cable (HBO and Showtime) and internet come out to about $400 a month. I live with 3 male roommates but two of us are planning on leaving next semester. There are 2.5 bathrooms and the place comes fully furnished and it also has hardwood floors.
