Equipment is in great running condition. There is a small crack in the concrete mixer drum on the side. It hasn't gotten any worse in a year. Minor wear. Also there is a crack in the bottom of one of the wheel barrows. Since there is a crack, we use this one to haul the sod and dirt in and the other one for the concrete. Sand box has normal scratches and paint marks. Brand new canvas tarp.
